We guarantee your satisfaction. If after unpacking your blind you notice any faults please inform us and return your blind within 7 days for a replacement.

If in the unlikely event your order is incorrect, e.g we have sent you the wrong size, finish etc, we will collect and replace your blind for the correct one,  free of charge.

This does not include colour variations expectable within the industry - especially any natural products such as wood.

If in doubt, please order a free sample.
